I have been shopping at Simons Calgary and on line for many years and I can’t believe these other reviews because my experiences have always been exceptional! I love the store, staff and products. It is my number 1 go to for all clothing and housewares, when shopping in store you feel like you’re in a high end store, it has a great vibe but prices are very reasonable.
The staff are always friendly and helpful but not over bearing. Highly recommend!

Have only been here a few times; all visits have been positive. Yesterday I treated myself to a Liberty print blouse. Pricey (for me) and fabric a bit thinner than expected, but it'd beautiful and I'll get lots of wear from it. Staff were professional and helpful. I hope Simon's will eventually open a store at Chinook or Southcentre-please?

Great selection of house and designer clothing and small household items. This downtown location is 4 floors and really cool. It’s easy to get around in. The store is well lit and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Just a lot of cool clothing and things. There is sale items for a reasonable price and high end clothing that is crazy priced. There is something for everyone. I have shopped at other locations and always enjoyed the experience and ambiance.

One of my new favourites! Super cute home decor at reasonable prices. They have a good mix of products in-store and have a lot of the packaged products out on display so you know exactly what you're buying. The vibe is a bit like urban outfitters for the 30+ crowd =P

I went to purchase some items during my lunch break. The staff on the second floor were very busy, and I had to wait almost 15 minutes for assistance. You should consider hiring more people for that floor, or at least ensure more coverage during rush hour..
