Hello, this is a personal review of an administrative employee at SKYVIEW named Roselyn.

Roselyn is the type of person and employee City Vibe needs to focus on when hiring. She is amazing at helping residents sort out their situations and always has a friendly presence about it. She creates a comfortable listening atmosphere with a courteous, caring and professional sense to help City Vibe customers. She is very insightful, informative, and a quick thinker on dealing with stressful situations. I recently signed another lease and she only had positive professional feedback and commentary about it. She alleviated my stress with the paper work and solved an administration problem quickly. I thank Roselyn very much for her friendly customer care and look forward to having her deal with my requests again from time to time. City Vibe needs to hire more people like Roselyn.

Updating Review:
I’ve had an ongoing issue with city vibe, specifically maintenance related, water damage. I’ve spoken with several different levels of management, let me be clear this review has nothing to do with Rose, if this place had more people like Rose, I would recommend it 10/10

All three units across from me remain unrented for over a month, yet they are trying to put the onus on me to rent a unit that is not SAFE or healthy.

This place is disgusting. The manager Roselyn doesn’t care and Carlise Group that owns the rental property doesn’t care. They don’t put any maintenance into the building. The carpets are stained and dirty with pet urine, feces and other nasty mystery stains that you have to walk on to get to your unit. There are multiple of mouse and cockroach infestations that crawl into your unit from the vents and under your front door because of the gap and they infest your unit which is disgusting and now a problem you have to deal with by hiring an exterminator out of pocket. People in the buildings smoke marijuana, cigarettes and crack cocaine in their units and in the hallway when it is a non smoking building management doesn’t care even when it’s happening right outside the office door. There are no security cameras anywhere in the building posing a huge risk. My wife was sexually assaulted in the hallway and when bringing it to the police and then to management she did not care. The elevator is always broken and the constant fire alarms going off for no reason and upstairs neighbours making a lot of noise and nothing being done about it. We have filed with a lawyer to press charges against Roselyn and the Carlise Group as this behaviour is digusting, unacceptable and unprofessional.

UPDATE:

They are paying people and making fake accounts to give themselves 5 stars and it is still a dump. Report their reviews. Plus they are paying to delete the bad reviews to look better. Avoid this place it’s dirty and has cockroaches and terrible management.
