10/10 highly recommend. This was my first time booking, I had the 90 minute “The Works” Japanese hydrohead massage. It also included neck/chest massage and mini facial. The most relaxing 90 minutes completed with a blow out. Pamela was absolutely amazing, I will definitely be back!

I recently visited Snooze Bar for a lash appointment and treated myself to their Japanese head spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Danielle and Yasmine are the owners and they were so professional and attentive. They took the time to ask about the style I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The application was so gentle that I almost fell asleep, and the results were amazing—my lashes look full, natural, and absolutely stunning!

The Japanese head spa was truly the highlight of my visit. From the relaxing scalp massage to the aromatic oils and soothing atmosphere, every moment was pure bliss. My hair felt incredibly soft and refreshed afterward, and the experience left me feeling completely rejuvenated.

The ambiance at Snooze Bar is so calming, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel pampered. I highly recommend both services to anyone looking for a little self-care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

As a guy, I wasn’t sure about trying a Japanese head spa, but it turned out to be amazing. The scalp massage, warm oils, and calming environment were incredibly relaxing. My head, neck, and shoulders felt tension-free, and my scalp felt cleaner and healthier. It wasn’t just about relaxation—it was energizing too. The staff was professional, and the attention to detail made the experience even better. If you’re on the fence, give it a shot. I’ll definitely be back.

I just went yesterday with a girlfriend of mine for our birthday gift to each other, and we had “the works” done.
I’ve never had my hair pulled so much in my life I even have breakage my hair does not feel hydrated. They barely blow dried my girlfriend’s hair with a diffuser.
They don’t tell you the mask that they put on you and they don’t ask any medical questions in advance they didn’t ask if I was allergic to anything or if I was pregnant or if I have diabetes..
i’ve been to medical spas before and if you’re able to write it off, which you are with a specific lady there, they should ask you these questions.
When I was getting my hair blow dried, their blow dryer didn’t even have a cover for the fan in the back. It was so ghetto. And she kept dropping the blow drying brush and then just picking it back up and using it on my head.
BUT the part that pisses me off the most is, I have so much hair breakage right now from how aggressively she was pulling my hair out of my scalp. I could hear it snapping and she didn’t even stop. I’m sure she had like a handful of my hair when we were all finished. I figured you would’ve seen it and stopped herself, but clearly that’s not the case. I assumed it would’ve stopped and then it just kept happening.i didn’t want to cause a fuss because my friend was a curtain beside me. Then I come to my stylist today and she tells me how much breakage I have. I’ll attach a few photos.. Hands-down, the worst experience ever DON’T GO and for the price I paid for “THE WORKS” it wasn’t even a real facial. There was no extractions. There was just steam and then a shoppers drug Mart mask placed on my face. The shampoo they used also was not professional, but the grapefruit smelled nice. She kept getting product in my eyes, for the cleanse and because it’s In citizens, I could hear conversations that were happening at the hair salon two doors down. It was not relaxing at all. It was actually the worst experience I’ve had pampering myself. My hair grows really slowly and now I’m gonna have to remember this experience for the next year and a half. But I’m telling everyone this experience.
