Clearly I was devastated after seeing two other stylists and my hair turned yellow and orange, not to mention the damage done.
I hesitantly took another chance and met with Ashley for at The Hair Lounge for a consultation. She was very professional, honest and informative. I’m glad I followed through with my appointment cause “wow”, I can honestly say Ashley has a passion and extremely skilled, thorough colour specialist.

I had my hair done by Rebecca, and she was absolutely amazing. She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to answer all my questions patiently. The entire team at Hair Lounge was wonderful — they were incredibly accommodating even when I arrived a bit late due to a family emergency. Despite the time crunch, they went above and beyond to ensure I left with a result I was truly happy with. Highly recommend!

Keli is the girl.
I sat in her chair and told her I was bored with my lifeless hair and without missing a beat, she knew exactly what I needed. I walked out with the most voluminous, bouncy layers that suited me perfectly. Since that day, I genuinely look forward to my haircut every 3 months. This girl knows her craft!! Trust her with your hair — you won’t regret it.

Everytime I see her I leave feeling like a princess. I always leave so recharge, she has the most beautiful energy. My hair is always perfect and whatever ideas I give her she is always into it and also is so good at making suggestions too!

I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for the past 3 years, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning. When I called to book an appointment, the receptionist immediately accused me of being a no-show for a previous visit—despite the fact that I had called ahead and properly canceled. Her tone was aggressive and confrontational, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking, especially after years of loyalty. I won’t be back.
