Megan optimized my customer experience by being attentive, offering a warm neck shave & warm face towel while shampooing my hair.. very relaxing! I passed on the neck shave as clippers were fine. I never know what to say for what I want in a cut. Other than tidy me up and do a cut that improves the dreaded receding hair line look. She took my comments and I got the best haircut I have had in years. Plus the facial massage was very relaxing

Terrible , I walked in and cut my toe on the door should of walked back to the car and went somewhere else but decided to continue on , sat in the chair told the barber repeatedly to make my beard straight and this is the second time there barbers cut my beard making me look like Abraham Lincoln !! If they just did what customer asked they would be great ! But they decided to go off-roading on your face with the razor instead of fallowing a straight line! Had to go home and shave it off !! ? and my damn toe hurts!!! TERRIBLE!!!
