My toddler was ready for his first cut, so we came to Union House. We were really nervous if he'd cry, scream or get scared how the barber would react. Micha was unbelievably patient with my son showing him everything she was going to use so there was no shock or fear. My son, husband and I all left there happy as ever with an amazing new style for my toddler.

Love this place! The whole team are outstanding,! Always so welcoming with their infectious smiles and greetings! It is a great place, the ambience no matter the time of day is always on point.

Garry is super professional and I appreciate how he goes above and beyond every time I sit in his chair. I’m so grateful that I can feel at ease as I really struggled finding a barber to trust when I moved to Victoria but he always, always delivers!

Not the best haircut I have ever had. Asked for one thing and didn't get anywhere close. I was in the chair for 35 minutes while the barber took phone call after phone call. Asked to make it even all over and got a lop-sided mix. Evened it out at home myself, my daughter did the back. Now it looks like a $40.00 hair cut. Never going back

It sounds like a great professional Barber shop with lots of positive reviews. Unfortunately the person who cut my hair wasn’t in that category. I asked for a trim and he shaved my head. He left enough long clumps that I was embarrassed to leave it without going back. I stopped at the shop and the person who cut my hair wasn’t there. One of the barbers did clean up the terrible hair cut and even he apologized for what had been done. I could never recommend this shop. That person has no idea how to cut hair.
