My friend and I came into Adore today looking for a dress for a wedding. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and asked how we could be helped. Within minutes a few of the sales associates had a dressing room full for us.
We spent a few hours there and didn’t feel rushed at all. We had a hard time picking just one dress so I decided to buy two!

Adorable store! Clean and well organized. The woman working was friendly and helpful, but didn't hover.
The selection is wonderful, so many cute dresses! I was able to find the perfect dress for my upcoming wedding in record time!

I needed a dress for Valentine’s Day and showed up to the store before closing. The lovely gal working was SO helpful and even stayed a bit late for myself and one other customer which I felt really bad about but was so grateful for! Next level customer service and I will never stop being a regular here. :)

I came to the store with my friend and was just looking around. We came to the jewelry rack and my friend asked "are these cufflinks?". The girl seller who was standing there replied "those are earrings and we don't sell anything for men". While my friend had piercings. We walked away. I heard her tone and it was absolutely unacceptable for a person doing her job as a sales assistant. I have never seen a manifestation of misandry in real life, but thank you to your store for that! (no, it's disgusting). I don't recommend this store to anyone and will never come here again.

Similar to other people’s experiences under the reviews, the customer service here needs improvement. Walked in and even after 10 min was not greeted or approached as the employees did with other customers that came in before or after me. There were a few employees working and it felt intentional who they spoke to vs ignored. Lots of beautiful pieces that I wanted to try but felt shy and unwelcomed and had to walk away.
