I made the mistake of going in here a few days ago. When I say mistake, I mean it was the best 30 minutes ever! The manager (?) was SO nice!! He was incredibly knowledgeable on all the product and easy to have a conversation with. My mother and I ended up walking out with a purse each. Same style, different color. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Watching him monogram our bags was cool to watch as well. I will be back... As soon as my wallet recovers.

I just bought a tabby 20 this morning Dec 29 2024. SA said she will get a new one for me and didn’t give it to her for a check before they grabbed up. Shortly after I got home, there are scratches on the bag. This is unacceptable and I will return it

Terrible customer service . I called to see about a bag and the man I spoke to on the phone was completely unhelpful. He didn't take any time to look into what I was asking and kept brushing me off . He effectively changed my mind about purchasing a bag with coach .
