From the moment I met Annie, everything changed. She made the entire process so transparent and enjoyable, taking the time to educate me rather than just sell me a ring. She genuinely cared about helping me find something truly special, and her warmth and knowledge were unmatched.

As luck would have it, one of the owners, Matthew, was in the store at the time. It quickly became obvious why Maxime’s is run like a family business—because it is one. The atmosphere, the personalized attention, and the genuine passion they have for what they do make all the difference.

I went to multiple places for engagement rings and ended up going with Maximes. Julia was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient.

I went to Spence’s and felt pushed to put a deposit in asap (even though it costed more for a smaller, less clarity and colour than Maximes).

Julia gave me none of that. She gave me time to look around at other places, educated me on diamonds, and answered my many questions via email to make me feel like I was making the right decision.

I cannot say much more about how great my experience was. Thank you all.
