I had a wonderful experience at the Pandora store in Chinook Centre. Sofiia helped me exchange my bracelet, and she was absolutely amazing. I recently visited the Pandora store at Chinook mall to buy a gift for my mom. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Sophia, who was incredibly helpful. She patiently walked me through the different bracelet options and offered great suggestions for charms that would go perfectly with the bracelet. Her friendly and professional demeanor made my shopping experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate how she took the time to make sure I found the perfect gift. I’m deeply disappointed with the experience I’ve had at this location. Half of the employees seem incredibly rude, unapproachable, and unprofessional. There’s no smile, no warmth, and no effort to make customers feel valued.
When I visited to look for gold charms, I asked about the gold bee charm. The employee showed it to me, and I took a picture before thanking him. Instead of a polite response, he rudely said, “That’s it?” as if I was obligated to buy it. I still wished him a good day, but he ignored me.

A similar situation happened yesterday with a female employee who also had no smile and no customer service skills. When I walked in, none of the six employees bothered to greet or approach me I had to seek help myself.
This location has lost me as a customer. To the manager: Please address these repeated issues, as there is a lot of 1-star reviews. It’s clear there’s a lack of training and oversight. To the employees, maintaining proper hygiene and practicing basic customer service skills is crucial. Customers come in to buy jewelry, not to deal with unpleasant attitudes or smells.

Mariel and Maria were absolutely amazing in helping me they were so kind and welcoming. I came into the store with the intention of creating peace and positive energy, and they truly supported that. They let me know that the previous manager has been replaced with a new one, which is reassuring. While it’s unfortunate to see so many negative reviews from the time of the former management, it’s clear the store is slowly transforming into a much better place.

This is actually probably the worst Pandora in the city. I’ve owned my Pandora bracelet, filled with charms collected over the past 4+ years, and have always tried to take care of it, which includes getting it cleaned, as Pandora themselves promote. Unfortunately, this particular location makes every excuse in the book not to follow through.

I’ve come by multiple times on different days, and each time I’ve been turned away with vague reasons: “We can't on promo days” “We’re short-staffed,” or simply “We can’t do that right now” — despite the store being completely empty. No line. No rush. Just unwillingness.

I’m not expecting spa treatment for my bracelet, but when a store promotes a service and I’ve repeatedly come in for it, the bare minimum is to follow through at least once. Instead, I’ve left frustrated every time, and the lack of accountability is honestly disappointing.

If you’re a long-time customer looking for basic care on your pieces, don’t count on this location to deliver. It feels like they want the sales, but not the service.
