Honestly I give Deluxe Nails Spa a 5/5 rating! Me and my family have been coming here since we moved into the area in 2016. It’s literally a 5 minute walk and whenever I call to make an appointment or walk in they’re so accommodating. The service is impeccable, everyone is so welcoming and it’s always super clean. I always ask the ladies what they suggest while I’m getting my manicures done and they always make sure you love your nails before you leave. The staff treats you just like family! My dad loves going here for pedicures as well and they always do a fantastic job!

Janet is AMAZING! She was so sweet and accommodating. My mom and I spent mother’s days together at this place - It was our first time here so we were pleasantly surprised. our nails look great! Love the shaping!!! Will definitely be back.

I went in for a bio gel overlay on my natural nails and asked specifically for cuticle care, which is a standard part of any nail service. I was told it would be $50, but was charged $60. When I questioned the pricing, they said they “normally charge $20 for cuticle care but only charged $10”—which didn’t align with what was originally quoted or what’s listed on their price menu.

The technician painted over my cuticles, and oddly, soaked my hands after finishing the nails, which defeats the purpose. I’ve given this place a few chances, but the polish consistently chips quickly or the job feels rushed. There's very little communication throughout the service. At this point, I’d recommend going to a Russian-style nail tech for better quality and attention to detail.

Not the best salon I’ve been to. Fricking Walmart is better. I paid 94 dollars just for the charm to come off and theres hairs in my nails bro. The woman shedded hair on my nails and made my fingers look fatter. Would not come back here again.
