These ladies were absolutely fantastic, friendly and professional. I went in for a mani/pedi (it had been a while since my last one). They were wonderful! Emma took care of me and did an amazing job on both. I am super happy with my hands and feet. I brought in my own colour for my feet and it wasn't an issue at all. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my hands and feet!

I like this place for nails. Leslie was great ? she was happy, listened to what I really wanted even helped get what I wanted. Well done. I wish it was a bit more open concept and a bit cleaner but my tech was very clean. Enjoy ?

I got extensions done here and they were horribly applied. There was a visible gap between my real nails and the extensions — they weren’t even properly attached. I called them and explained the issue, and they told me to come in so they could fix it.

I waited 45 minutes at the salon just to be told they weren’t actually going to fix the nails — instead, the technician said she would cut my real nails underneath the extensions. I told her that my real nails were close to the skin and I didn’t feel safe with that. I asked her to redo the nails properly.

Instead of being professional or understanding, she started yelling at me.

It’s one thing to make a mistake. It’s another thing to treat your paying clients with such disrespect when they ask for it to be made right.

Do not waste your time or money here. I’ll never be going back.

I was highly disappointed when I went in today. I had gone to get a pedicure and a brand NEW full set. My pedicure was terrible to say the least. I had ask the lady if she was going to use a foot pumice stone to scrub my feet after she used the foot and she told me that would be extra.. what ??? Since when? I'm getting a pedicure so how does that make sense. As well they did not give me a foot massage, she just put some oil on my legs and feet an called it a day.

As for my New Full Acrylic Set with removal of the old ones which my appointment was originally for that didn't happen. When I had called in to ask the cost for a new full set she told me $40 and for removal it would be $5.00, I was like perfect lets book that. What the lady failed to mention on the phone was that it was $40 with no colour if I wanted colour it would be extra. I then asked her to remove my nails and put a fresh set on, she did not listen she kept telling me that my nails were still good to be filled. I told her that is not what I want and if I'm willing to pay for the removal and a brand new set what is the issue. She became very rude and was huffing and puffing at me and proceeded with a FILL. I did not have the energy to keep going back and forth with her. Needlees to say that the Fill was not done properly either.

If you're looking to over pay for a sloppy job then this is the place to go. They care more about the quantity of customers than providing quality service to their customers.

Overall I wouldn't go back. If you want to get your nails done I suggest going to Pedi N Nails Riverview on Montpelier Rd.
