I brought in an old suitcase for repair… And I mean, old… More than 10 years. Alex And Rebecca were so helpful. In a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past I definitely had an amazing experience with the Patagonia Calgary store. I highly recommend it!

Had a pair of 7 plus year old Patagonia wading boots. cloth ankle lock eye laces wear frayed and torn. Alex looked into seeing what they could do for me as they didn't provide repairs for this boot. Got back to me near the end of day and I was provided with a very good store credit. Customer service at its finest!

EXCELLENT service and product! I have been a customer of this location for over a year, purchasing travel backpacks/bags, and clothing. Each time I visit this store I am impressed with it. My most recent interaction was with Danny and Alex. Both were extremely helpful and really listened to what I wanted, and were very accommodating. Customer service like this is rare! Had a Patagonia down jacket that did very well for some 7 years +. Sadly its sleeves started leaking down from the stitch seams. Took it back to Patagonia to see if anything could be done. Post shipping to them they were going to replace the sleeves but would be different colour fabric to original. Choose at this point to recycle it with them. Reasonably good service considering the age of the jacket. Fortunately had bought one on sale last year that will now be put to good work. Good products. Good service. Good job team. Lucky to have you in Calgary. Thanks Alex!
