Staff on 130th was quick to say a friendly hello to ask if I needed assistance and were promptly helpful with getting my order for me. They were thorough confirming my pick up order which is always good to see! Love the brand for its quality as well.

We visited Carters on 130th and had the pleasure of having Anna help us she was incredible the kindest sweetest person ever . It’s such a wonderful experience when you get this kind of assistance now days it’s such a rare thing . She truly is a caring & genuine goes up & beyond her duties. We will definitely be back to this store not just for the great deals but for the exceptional customer service. My daughter just loved her . Thanks again for an amazing shopping experience Anna

I find some of their staff a bit racist and ignorant.
Anytime I have come to this store with my baby, their staff is overly occupied with white blonde women with babies (staff is always trying to talk their babies, asking stories about their babies) but I have never ever seen them come to me or my baby.

They always ignore other ethnicities (another African women with her kid was ignored in front of me) while they give Caucasian mom’s a personal experience with their shopping.

Shawnessy location is much better in this scenario.

On the morning of Friday, November 8, I visited the store to return a pair of boots. The cashier requested my phone number and email, but I asked to skip this part. She informed me that the return could not be processed without providing this information. I explained that I had both the receipt and the product, so I didn’t see the need to provide further details. She insisted it was store policy, until her coworker intervened and confirmed that it was actually possible to skip this step. Both apologized, and I then explained that I was returning the boots because they were a gift (I had the original receipt) and there were no other options in the store.

The cashier completed the return, handed me a receipt, and informed me that the funds had been refunded to the original payment method. I reminded her that the boots were a gift, and I do not own the account or card used. When I asked if she could cancel the return, she said no. I asked what I should do now, as I was left with neither the product nor the refund. She advised me to contact the person who gifted the boots and suggested that they should have provided a gift receipt.

This was unlike any other return experience I’ve had, as cashiers typically confirm if it’s acceptable to return funds to the original card. What if the card had been lost or canceled? Would they still automatically process the return without consulting the customer? I ended up leaving the store very disappointed. Overall, it was a poor experience with customer service, and I don’t plan on returning.

I called this store from the front door asking for fleece lined leggings in specifically 4T black they said yes. I unloaded my two toddlers and came in not only did they not have the product the girl was rude and went back to the other employee to whisper. All because I said I had just called and she casually said oh they must have been confused with the grey pair.

I said no need to be rude and continued to leave. I rarely every leave bad reviews however these girls litterally don't care about their job or service level and should be coached accordingly.

There are several different places we can buy these leggings but as a business is this the type of employees you want?! Not sure if this review will even have an impact however I feel the need to speak up
