Although I typically refrain from writing reviews, I felt compelled to do so for this particular experience.

I had the opportunity to speak with the manager, Jason, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He promptly resolved the issue and successfully found the appropriate size for me, which was quite surprising given that most managers are preoccupied with their duties. However, Jason made a significant difference in my experience.

I was particularly impressed by his positive outlook and unwavering dedication.

I would rate his performance five stars for his commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The store was also impeccably clean and well-stocked.

Just wanted to buy some safety shoes, asked for my size and got the run around. Waited 10 mins as the manager was busy. Then when I ask if I could get some help, after waiting patiently, they said go to another store instead of getting me the shoes that were in the back. I’m so disappointed with the service in this store. No customer service at all. Will not recommend buying anything at this store.
