I often find it challenging to ask staff for help, as I'm almost certain they don't know the store layout well. This belief is confirmed every time I visit this store, and my instincts were confirmed during my last visit when a customer requested assistance, and the staff couldn't help. While the aisles are generally clean, some shoppers leave items on the floor instead of returning them to their proper places.
The main reason for my two-star rating was primarily due to the long wait for the changing rooms. For a huge store, there are only two rooms, and during my recent visits, only one was available. Despite several staff members standing around, there was no communication about why the rooms were closed as we waited. Additionally, during the self-checkout experience, I ended up waiting almost three minutes for payment as the machine kept loading. I would have moved to a different one but most self-checkout machines were down, and while I waited for staff to help and my payment to process, I noticed staff chatting instead of offering assistance. When one finally approached, she started by promoting a credit card offer to me. Interestingly, when prompted to rate the service afterward, my daughter opted for one star.

Fridge and freezers are covered in mold, especially in the dairy section. Fruit also often contains mold before you even get it home - most recently the entire center of my blueberry container. Doing mass layoffs isn't a good look while health and safety concerns are rampant. The employees I've interacted with have always been helpful and pleasant, which brought this up from 1 to 2 stars.

Extremely disappointed with the experience at McKenzie Walmart. As a Delivery Driver for Walmart, I arrived on time, followed every protocol, checked in through the app, and waited at the designated parking spot. Suddenly, the orders I was there to pick up disappeared from my screen with no explanation, no communication. When I went inside to ask what happened, the omni manager casually told me the orders were canceled from their end, even though I had done everything correctly.

This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when drivers are spending time and fuel to do their jobs responsibly. What’s more concerning is the rude and dismissive attitude I received, which made me feel targeted and mistreated a clear sign of workplace harassment and possibly racial bias.

Walmart should be held accountable for how they treat delivery drivers. We deserve basic respect and fair treatment.

I had a very upsetting experience at McKenzie Walmart as a Spark Driver. I arrived on time, checked in through the app, and waited in the correct parking spot. Suddenly, the order disappeared from my app without notice. When I went inside to ask what happened, I was treated with disrespect, ignored, and spoken to rudely by staff.

I felt harassed and discriminated against during the interaction. There was no valid reason for how I was treated — it was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated this way while simply trying to do their job.

Upon arrival home, I discovered my food chopper was missing its lid. I contacted the store to request a resolution, explaining that a three-hour round trip to retrieve the missing component was impractical given my location. Despite requesting to speak with a supervisor, I have yet to receive a return call. I am extremely disappointed with this oversight and the resulting inconvenience.
