Brandi gives me - without exaggeration - the best haircuts and colours of my life (granted I only started liking having my hair worked on starting a few years ago ;)). She is super invested in my hair and has never steered me wrong when telling me what she wants to do with it! The compliments just roll in every time I get my colour refreshed.

Chatters isn't cheap but you definitely get what you pay for - hair treatments that leave me feeling silkier and fuller for weeks, and jewel tones that last for months and fade gracefully until I'm ready for a refresh.

She is SUCH a sweetheart, being in her chair for the hours that my style takes is a pleasure.

Kim is my stylists and I have to tell you on how professional, knowledgeable, on point, easy to talk to and most of all sincere.

I was just going to do a hair cut and color and Kim gave me a new look with hi-lights and I purchased (2) 1 liter of Nioxin #4

I have been loyal to Aveda until now.

this is the second time megan has helped me in this location she’s super sweet but doesn’t seem to understand how the computer system works. i asked if she put it on my account for an exchange and she just replied with “no completely forgot” and handed me the receipt without any solution. i realize i could’ve asked her to do it again but i had 0 faith in her ability to do so.

Not used to leaving negative reviews, but…

I called Chatters Hair Salon today to ask if they might have any availability for a haircut later today or as soon as possible. The person who answered the phone responded with a very blunt “I don’t know.” I clarified by asking, “So, there’s no availability for today?” and she replied (clearly annoyed) “I mean, no, obviously we’re booked for today.”

I found the tone unnecessarily rude. I was simply making an inquiry and was even open to booking for the next day. It’s disappointing when someone in a customer facing role shows such a lack of patience or courtesy.

If you’re unhappy in your job, find other thing, but don’t it out on customers.

Absolutely brutal customer service. I bought almost a thousand dollars worth of merchandise here at the same time (you read that right). There were a few hand lotion scents I didn’t like at all when I finally got around to using them. Was barely over the 30 day guarantee period, but figured because of the amount of other stuff I bought, the store would be willing to let me exchange them for scents that I prefer as a good will gesture.
First I went to another location and the lady working the store said because Chatters is a franchise, we should either go to the Sunridge location or the one where I bought all the stuff and they should for sure be able to do it.
Just went to the original store, showed the ONE receipt where I spent almost a grand and she said “There’s nothing I can do, it’s our policy, you could try selling them?” with a smile on her face.
Wtf.
All I have to say to Chatters from here on in is: “BIG Mistake!!!”
