Great hair cut and style, I’ll make this my regular place! Jane asked a few questions about my hair and routine, then gave me a beautiful textured cut that’s super easy to manage. I’m completely happy with it. They use good products, staff were lovely, prices are reasonable, and location is easily accessible through the plus 15s.

I have extremely curly hair. The botox treatment definitely straighten my hair. However I was about to choose the Japanese straightening treatment but Jane suggested Botox instead because I wanted volume in my hair. My curls are gone again. However when I allow my hair to dry on its own some waves still there drying own. It’s even better because it gives me more volume, if I blow dry with a round brush it takes me no more than 10 minutes and my hair is completely straight. It was 50 minutes in the past. It saves my priceless time. I love how it feels now, even though I miss my curls too. It will get me through the hot, humidity summer though, and that’s what I wanted. I give this treatment a 10 for it’s effectiveness and even more for Jane’s precise work she does. I will definitely repeat this treatment after it’s gone.

FRAUD!!!
I went to her salon all the way to the downtown, after checking its rating, for the haircut and keratin treatment(hair straightening treatment). But Jane, the owner, suggested going for botox instead. So two ladies worked on my hair for the treatment, one was Jane herself and the other is her assistant. On the first day, it looked good. But after the first hair wash my hair went back to almost my original hair texture. I spoke to her, and she called me to her salon to check. She had already fired her assistant and was blaming her for one of the sections of my hair. I want to ask her why did she fire her when all my hair is messed up, not just that section. So she washed my hair and air-dried it. Then it went back to straight. She said that I have to air dry my hair after the wash, It just reduces the prep time, and started giving excuses that I would have folded my wet hair with the towel, and maybe not used the right shampoo and conditioner, etc etc. I told her that I'm not doing any of these. In addition, if folding the hair is an issue why did she never told me. I explicitly asked her but she said no such precaution is required. But I made sure that I don’t fold my hair after a shower. She was rigid and didn't listen and said that she followed the right procedure and it's my hair problem. In botox it comes back to its original shape she said. But I don't think that after the first wash it would happen. I understand that it happens after 3-6 months. If she followed the right procedure then why did she fire the other girl? I feel very sorry for her . Then after a few days, I washed my hair again and made sure that I I'm not folding my hair. But again it went to back its original shape. I gave her a 15% tip, it’s huge and I almost spent $450,thinking that she has done a good job. I asked for my refund back. She refused, saying she gave her 3 hours. How does it matter, I also gave 3 hours plus 30 mins for commuting each way and parking charges, with the hope that I will get what I paid for. If the work I went for is not done then why I had given you the money? Everyone is making fun of me now saying it doesn’t look like I have got done botox.
It's a fraud. Totally fraud.
